When Def Jam founder and producer Rick Rubin had the idea for a remake of Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” little did anyone think they would be creating a song that would break down barriers in genres and spark a revolution in popular music. This museum quality 40×28 inch framed display celebrates that song and features the authentic autographs of the 6 principal artists who were behind the making of that iconic song.
Matted and framed together is an 8×10 inch photograph autographed by Run-DMC’s Joseph Simmons, Darryl McDaniels, and Jam Master Jay (1965 – 2002). The centerpiece of the display is a cherry red guitar autographed in beautiful silver paint pen by Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and Joe Perry – Perry sketched the Aerosmith wings on the guitar. Also included is a matted book page autograph from the producing mastermind behind the entire project – Rick Rubin.
Framed 40″ x 28″ x 4″ inches. UV-protected plexiglass and black wood frame finish.
