Only it was now more than 3 decades later. We remember it well at North Collectors – because we were THERE (well, outside the Skydome) when Carter hit his World Series Winning Home Run leading the Toronto Blue Jays to their 2nd straight series win.

In actual fact.. North Collector’s Chief Collecting Officer, Richard Budman was part of the team (and on the stage) that produced Carter’s very first public autograph appearance after the big home run. February, 1994 in Brampton, Canada.

So 30 years later it was cool to catch up with Joe again and have some new Home Run pieces signed. Carter even got a kick out of re-creating our 1994 photo with a new one taken during November, 2024 – exactly 30 years later. We’ll do it again Joe on our 50th. 🥳
